I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and neat, had issues with hot water and missing sheets on one bed. The service was hit or miss; while some staff like Sandra went out of their way to assist, others were disrespectful and tried to charge extra even though the room was already paid for. The location was convenient for exploring the Antebellum Trail, but the proximity to food places and lack of storage area were a downside. The dining options were satisfactory, with standard fare filling meals but nothing exceptional. The cleanliness was commendable, and the breakfast area maintained well. The facilities overall were decent, catering to basic needs.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms desperately needed proper sanitization; it felt like they had only sprayed deodorizer. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by encountering bed bugs, which is unacceptable. On a positive note, being able to park right in front of my room was convenient.

The hotel had nice sized rooms that looked recently redone, all with outside access. The pool, although indoors, was disappointingly cold, and the hot tub appeared cloudy. Despite this, the room was clean, had newer amenities, and was comfortable. The breakfast served its purpose, although nothing extraordinary.
